THE RESORT
Because of the spectacular, yet hard to reach location, you don’t arrive by car… A short 20 min boat trip takes you to the resort’s welcome pier. Where champagne is waiting for you. It’s an exciting experience and there’s a variety of wildlife to spot in the water. The atmosphere is very relaxing. It’s a perfect place to reflect on travel impressions and soak up some sun. The waves are splashing, the palmtrees swish softly and there’s a nice breeze. Do you like to explore the surroundings? Take a mountainbike or go snorkling! There are so many beautiful things to see around here. What’s really special about the Mukan resort is the location (obviously), the food and the staff. The dishes are made with the most care by the kitchen staff and sometimes you even get a taste of the superfresh catch of the day, caught in the water right in front of you. There are a few surprising options on the menu. Our favorite: Cactus salade and the local Mexican cuisine! Supporting your relaxation 100%, the staff is there to make sure you have everything you wish for. But not in a pushy way. Just when you are thinking about that yummy strawberry milkshake – there’s someone to get it for you, perfect timing!

THE ROOM
We stayed at one of the beachfront villa’s which were very comfortable. The beds are excellent! The villa is perfectly clean, comfortable and stylish decorated. Take a refreshing shower or a bath after a beachy day and you will feel absolutely recharged when you attend the sunset cocktailhour.
